Learn the key elements of successful facilitation and setting the tone for productive meetings. Topics will include: assessing meeting effectiveness, examining roles and responsibilities, and discussing ways to keep meetings on track. Participants will examine strengths and weaknesses of their organization’s meeting structure and incorporate tools for making meetings more productive.
