"Celebrating Camp Harlan" is a Civil War Sesquicentennial Event sponsored by Friends of the Harlan-Lincoln House and the Henry County Historic Preservation Commission. The Marengo Civil War Band will perform authentic Civil War music; Rebecca McCarley, historian/architectural historian for the project to place Camp Harlan on the National Historic Register will speak; a film clip of the 1930 dedication of the marker at Camp Harlan will be shown.
