In a survey of 500 U.S. businesses, law enforcement services and government agencies, three out of four respondents said they had detected a security breach in the past year. Perhaps more disconcerting, 28 percent of the respondents said the attacks were coming from the inside, either from contractors, current or former employees, or service providers.
