Bring your lawn chairs and enjoy a variety of selections including marches, pop and music from Broadway as the Mount Pleasant Community Band performs a free concert on the square downtown. The first concert is scheduled for Thursday, June 8 at 7:00 pm in Central Park. The Mount Pleasant Arts IMPACT board members will host an "Ice Cream Sandwich Social" during the concert.  All patrons will receive a complimentary ice cream sandwich and a bottle of water to help stay cool during the show. Future activities are planned during each concert including crafts in the park for children and displaying artwork by area artists
