Meet Iowa artist Carlos Maldonado and view select works on Friday, November 11, 2022 at the P.E.O. Memorial Building art gallery. A free public reception will be held from 5:00pm - 7:00pm. Carlos Maldonado is an artist from West Liberty, Iowa, currently living in Iowa City. With over twenty years of experience, Maldonado specializes in Plein Air painting in acrylic & gouache.
