Event Description:
Get free assistance in filling out and filing the FAFSA. This opportunity is great for anyone who has questions or wants free help with the FAFSA. The events is open to students of any age or income. It's best if the student and at least one parent or guardian come together. Most traditional college-age students will be required to include their parent's information on their FAFSA, so it's important that both parent and student attend. To complete the FAFSA families should bring for parent and student:
SSN, Driver's license number and DOB
Most recent federal and state tax returns
W-2 forms or other records of income earned last year
current bank statements and investment records
records of untaxed income received last year
2014 business and farm records
Alien registration numbers if not a U.S. citizen
