Event Description:
Morgan Hoenig, Local Foods Coordinator at ISU Extension & Outreach, will demonstrate how to grow herbs indoors and outdoors, how to use them in your cooking, and how to preserve them as well.  She’ll also bring in tasting samples so you can taste what a difference fresh herbs can make. These monthly workshops are sponsored by Healthy Henry County Communities and The Fellowship Cup.
