To start a team:
Pick up sign-up packets at the Hy-Vee Drugstore and return fees and rosters by 3:30 Friday, April 04, 2014. Make checks payable to Hy-Vee JDRF. We will only be allowing 8-10 teams so hurry and get your team signed up.
To sponsor the event:
If you do not want to have a team but would like to sponsor the event by having your business advertised on our tournament shirts please contact Michelle Rich by April 04, 2014 at the Hy-Vee Drugstore, Monday-Friday 7a.m. - 3:30p.m. (319)385-8781 (Fee for advertisement $25.00)
Other ways to be involved:
Donate something to put into a raffle drawing (due April 25).
