The fourth lecture in the 2021 Friends of the Harlan-Lincoln House Brown Bag Lecture Series. Join renowned Iowa historian and author William Sherman as he explores the important dates and dynamic people who established Iowa as the country school capital of America. Remarks on regional country schools to follow by the Henry County Historic Preservation Commission.
Location:
The 2021 Friends of the Harlan-Lincoln House Brown Bag Lecture Series will be held in the Social Hall of the Howe Student Activity Center at Iowa Wesleyan University. All lectures are open to the public. Pre-Registration is required at https://www.iw.edu/friends-of-the-harlan-lincoln-house-brown-bag-lecture-series/. Social distancing and masks required.
