Event Description:
Iowa Wesleyan College brings activist and author Shane Claiborne to campus to speak at the 2015 Manning Speaker Series. Shane writes and travels extensively speaking about peacemaking, social justice, and Jesus. His journeys have taken him to some of the most troubled regions of the world and he's been on peace delegations in Afghanistan and Iraq. Lectures at 2:30 pm and again at 4 pm will be held in IWC Chapel Auditorium and are free and open to the public.
