Join us Monday, December 9th at 2 p.m. for one cheesy Lifelong Learning Series! Shannon Wellman from Hinterland Dairy will teach us how their Donnellson, IA dairy farm operates; from the milking of their cows to using that rich, creamy milk to make the best cheese. Free cheese samples will be available after the lecture. This presentation is free and open to the public.
