Take steps to a healthier you! Join us in The Next Step Challenge.
Walking is an easy and affordable way to maintain a healthy weight, prevent or manage health conditions, and improve your mood. Best of all, it can be done just about anywhere and anytime! Whether you are just starting a physical activity routine or needing an excuse to get moving again, this is the opportunity for you!
How it works
Teams of 2-10 Iowans compete in an active competition tracking the number of steps accumulated. Through an online dashboard, members report their step count in effort to move their team up the challenge leaderboard. Participants have the ability to connect with Fitbit devices and Under Armour apps for easy tracking and reporting.
For just $10, each team member receives:
• Live Healthy Iowa pedometer
• Personal online dashboard with the ability to sync devices and apps
• Weekly motivational messages
• Unlimited access to online tools and resources
• Opportunities to win team and individual prizes
• And more!
The first 1,000 registrants will receive a complimentary issue of Iowa Outdoors Magazine!
Registration opens August 14.
If your company, community or organization will have multiple teams participating, please contact us to activate a Group ID for use during registration.
Use Group ID: LHIHENRY to be a part of the Henry County competition! If you live outside of the county use your worksite address to count toward Henry County participation!
