WeACT Youth Theatre of Iowa presents their first annual Shakespeare Outdoor Experience with a modern production of "A Midsummer Night's Dream" this production is set in 1969 England and is rightfully named "A MODSummer Night's Dream" This is an out door event that takes place in the grounds in front of the Old Thresher's Theatre museum... Seating is made up of two sections: STANDARD LAWNCHAIR SEATING* and GROUP BLANKET SEATING* (up to four adults) Seating begins at 5:30pm and the show begins at 6:30pm Because of the outdoor seating there is no intermission planned and the audience is welcomed to pack snacks and non-alcoholic beverages. WeACT wants to make this a fun, classy, outdoor theatre event that can be repeated for years to come.
