Presentation of colors by members of the VFW, Merican Legoin, and Amvets Posts and Auxilaries will kick off the event. Col. Kenneth Madden is the keynote speaker. There will an invocation and benediction by Rev. Trey Hegar of the First Presbyterian Church in Mt. Pleasant and music by the High School band under the direction of Jim DePreist. The ceremony will be held at the Mount Pleasant Middle School gymnasium.
