Henry County Pioneer Cemetery Day – 2016 – Fourth Annual – Honoring early settlers and veterans buried in Henry County’s Pioneer Cemeteries.  Hosted by Henry County Pioneer Cemetery Commission – Saturday, Sept. 10th, 2:00 PM at Old Baptist Pioneer Cemetery.

 

 

Location:

Old Baptist Pioneer Cemetery, 1405 Gabriel Ave.,

4 ½ Miles SE of Wayland, IA – 14 Miles NW of Mt. Pleasant, IA

 

Directions:  From Mt. Pleasant Central Park, Drive West on Hwy. 34/Washington St. 2.9 miles to Franklin Ave.  Turn Right/North on Franklin Ave./W55. Drive 10 miles North, continuing through Trenton to 140th St.  Turn Right/East.  Drive 1 mile on gravel.  Cemetery is at corner of Gabriel & 140th St.
