Join us for a morning of activities for people of all ages and abilities! The bike ride will start at 8:30am in front of the Swedesburg Lutheran Church. The full route turns around at the Dairy Den in Wayland (18.2 miles round trip), but there will be additional turn-around points marked for shorter routes. The Walk/Run is open from 9-11am along James Ave., which will be closed to vehicle traffic. Enjoy a 2 mile walk at your own pace or try the 5K walk/run. Sign in for both in front of the Swedesburg L...utheran Church between 9-11. Kids activities will run from 10am-Noon outside of Parish Hall. There will be an inflatable obstacle course, face painting, a variety of kids games and activities, healthy snacks and exercise demonstrations from a Rec Center trainer. Bring your kid's Big Wheel or tricycle and they can participate in a race and/or obstacle course at 11am on Sunset Drive (south side of Parish Hall). Prizes will be awarded.
