American Waterjet Cutting provides cutting services from a wide variety of materials including stainless steel, titanium, AR plate, and other metals along with plastics such as UHMW, acetal, HDPE, etc. We provide these services to various industries including manufacturing, food service, machine shops and architectural. We utilize waterjet cutting due to it's great versatility to cut virtually any material with the same cutting tool. Parts are cut at 60,000 psi of water pressure. This method leaves no heat affected zone and can hold tolerances as tight as +/- .003''. Material sizes can be up to 6' x 24' and up to 10'' in thickness.
