Pride of the Farm® feeds and waters hundreds of thousands of animals in the USA, Canada and Europe. Pride of the Farm® manufactures 100% energy free drinkers, heated drinkers, swine equipment, hopper bottom feed tanks and has the number one position in the sale of mineral feeders in the USA. Pride of the Farm® sells products to the very largest cattle feeding operations and hog production facilities.
Brower® manufactures animal feeding and watering equipment with emphasis in the poultry market. On the other side of producer size (compared with Pride of the Farm®), Brower® products are increasingly used by smaller farmers for “produce local/buy local” trends. On-line sales are increasing and Amazon is a significant account. Brower® also sells a unique line of equipment for processing poultry in small plants. Brower® exports its equipment every year to Canada, Mexico, Central and South America, the Caribbean Islands and Asia. Brower® is also a frequent exporter to African markets.
Span-Tech is our fabric building line which was internally developed starting in 1995. Our buildings are popular for storage of corrosive materials such as fertilizer, salt and composting animal wastes. Buildings are used for storage of any kind of equipment or materials, grain storage, hay storage, equine riding arenas and for animal production including cattle feeding. Open span widths (with no interior supports) of up to 200 feet are manufactured.
Manufacturing capability is focused on light sheet metal fabrication including shearing full size coils to any dimension, metal spinning, and tube bending. We finish parts with shearer, press, CNC and laser fabrication, welding and riveting capabilities. We also do light electrical assembly and painting. We can roll tube up to 4 inches in diameter into many configurations. We are not basic in plastic component production. However, we use a wide range of injection, blow molded, extruded and rotationally molded components in our product lines. We have developed and own the molds for these components.
