Henry County Health Center (HCHC) has a rich heritage of caring for patients and area residents since 1921. HCHC is a 74-bed facility, featuring 25 acute care beds, along with our 49 bed long-term care facility, Park Place. HCHC is staffed by highly trained and dedicated healthcare providers.
The diverse and skilled medical staff consists of full-time Henry County-based physicians and other healthcare providers complemented by visiting specialists. This includes local, board certified specialists in Family Practice, Internal Medicine, General Surgery, Obstetrics, Gynecology, Radiology, Ophthalmology, Nephrology, Orthopedic Surgery, Otolaryngology (Ears, Nose, Throat), Audiology, Cardiology, Dermatology, Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, Neurology, Occupational Health, Oncology, Orthotics/Prosthetics, Podiatry, Pulmonary and Urology.
Serving a rural area, HCHC meets the health care needs of area communities by working beyond the walls of the health center. This occurs through Henry County Community Health, Healthy Henry County Communities, and the Wayland and Winfield Community Clinics. CLICK HERE to see our Directory of Community Services. HCHC strives to improve the quality of life in our community, guided by a mission to advance the health of individuals and our communities through high quality, effective and efficient services.
